By submitting content to babesandboys.com you:
- confirm that you are currently over 18 years of age.
- agree that the photos you are uploading are not of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct
- grant babesandboys.com, its representatives, or anyone authorized by them, the royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive, irrevocable and fully sub-licensable right and licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, modify, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display (in whole or part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any existing or later developed form, media, or technology.
- agree to indemnify and hold babesandboys.com and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders and other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content you submit.
- confirm that you own the copyright of the pictures or have permission from the copyright holder. It is the full responsibility of the person submitting the pictures to ascertain that they are in a position to upload the photographs.
The assignation of copyright or licence lasts for the longest possible period permitted by law.
